Picardin is slowly released from the coating layer. The molecules float in the air repelling flying as well as crawling insects.

When enough Repeltec is applied, a space has enough Molecules floating around to keep flying insects out.

Picaridin is a proven non-toxic active ingredient commonly used in skin lotions. Repeltec products are certified safe for food environments.
